Trouble Shooting

Problem	Possible cause	Remedy
The unit does not operate	Unit is unplugged.	Securely plug receptacle into the wall.
	Did the fuse or circuit breaker switch off?	Change the fuse or switch on
	Drain tank is full and indicator light on	Empty water tank
	Water tank not installed correctly	Completely insert water tank.
	If SET TIME suitable?	Change SET TIME
	Air exhaust is clogged	Unclog exhaust
The indicator shows the run mode, but it does not run.	The Timer is set at on time	Close the timer or wait for it to run automatically
Cooling efficiency is not good	Is there any other heat source in the room?	Turn down or off other heat sources.
	Air filter is dirty	Clean air filter
	Set TEMP. too high	Lower set temperature.
	Is air inlet or outlet locking?	Clear the locking
	There is frost on the evaporator	The unit is defrosting, it will run after defrosting is finished
	Fan speed set too slow	Increase fan speed
In dehumidify mode, no cool air coming out	Take off the air filter, there is frost on the surface of the evaporator	It¡¯s normal. The unit is defrosting, it will run after defrosting is finished.
Noise or vibration	Surface is not level	Place unit on a level surface, away from obstructions
	It is the inner liquid (refrigerant-generation) flowing inside.	It is normal
Machine starts and stops frequently	Air exhaust is not attached properly	Check installation of air exhaust hose.
	Air exhaust is curved too much	Try to keep the air exhaust horizontal.
	Is the voltage of the power source normal?	Keep the power source in rated
	Do you add air exhaust yourself?	Don¡¯t add air exhaust yourself and remove it
	Surface is not level	Place unit on a level surface, away from obstructions.
Water is leaking from unit	Stopper on water drain pipe is loose	Make sure the stopper on the water drain pipe is securely in place
	Unit has been moved	When moving unit, empty drain tank first and keep unit upright at all times.
