ENSTAR OEM PROGRAM
|
 |
 |
Left
is the outline of the step-by-step procedure showing
how to proceed with our Outsourcing and OEM Programs
in China
For your information,
below is a more detailed discussion of each step in the evaluation
process:
1.
Samples of current parts (or finished products) to China: To facilitate
a quick turnaround of first samples from China suppliers, it is best
to provide EnStar with a few pieces of the current parts. We will
forward these to our China factory in order to make a full evaluation
with our Chinese suppliers. 2.
Technical Information and Specifications Needed: All technical information
such as drawings, material specifications, test requirements etc.,
must be provided to assure parts will be produced to meet all of the
customer’s requirements. |
|
EnStar
has the capability to build all the parts and components used in
the HVAC industry for your needs. We are proud to be the bridge
between the North America HVAC companies and manufacturers in China.
|
|
3.
Existing or Customized Products: Within one month, EnStar will determine
if existing parts matching the client’s requirements can be
located from suppliers in China, and thus saving capital investment.
If existing parts cannot be found, we will initiate an OEM Customer
design program to build the product for our client. This program will
require new tooling/fixtures to produce the parts and some investment
by supplier and/or the client. |
Our
commission is to deliver high quality products and exceptional service
at extremely competitive prices. |
Our
Outsourcing & OEM Program not only includes the parts and components
used in the HVAC industry such as PCB, Relays, Capacitors, Transformers,
Fan Motors, Fan Blades, Copper tubing, Valves, Connectors, Thermostats,
Fin Aluminum Coils, etc., but also covers the parts and components
used in other industries that include electrical, electronic, heating
and plumping, molding and tooling, etc.
|
|
4.
Price evaluation: Whether we use existing parts or develop a new design,
the client will know the rough factory cost of the parts made in China
(including importing fees, load number in one 20’ or 40’
container, duties, taxes etc) as landed in the US. We guarantee that
the final price the client will pay will be much lower than the current
supplies in US. In this step, the client can make the final decision—to
go or not to go with our program.
5.
Sample approval/testing: Production samples (with technical specifications
and drawings) will be
sent to the client for their inspection and testing. After the client
approves the samples, the manufacturer
will begin production with a shipment scheduled determined by the
client. |

|
|
6. Terms and Conditions The agreement for terms
and conditions (including technical and commercial issues) will
be dually signed by the both parties before the client places the
order(s). This will include all aspects of the agreement, for example:
project development, samples, price at CIF or FOB terms, payment
terms, production lead time, order forecast, shipment schedule,
test and inspection criteria, etc. The client can be an importer
(buy directly from China ) or they can buy from EnStar—a US
based company located in Washington State.
7.
Total Time Frame. Typical lead time for shipment of production parts
is targeted at six (6) months after receipt of samples and specifications.
